It was the best decision I made on my journey to recovery. I continue here addressing Lymphedema and frozen shoulder issues with Qigong and Gentle yoga, Abdominal health with Pelvic Floor Yoga. Strength, stretching and meditation with a host of other available classes. The instructors meet my body were it is and are always open and willing to help by sharing their knowledge, offering support and providing encouragement.
