"This place gets a bad rap. Been living here almost 30 years. Staff is great. It's maintained very well. It's section 8 but the people that live here are awesome. Tons of little kids for my kids to play with. There is also a senior building. Very very safe. Residents look out for each other and everyone's kids. Feels like everyone is family."
"Grew up walking around this place at night. Always felt safe. The staff is friendly to my father who lives in the one building (the elderly building) but they do have a cockroach infestation. So id advise be careful.ALSO the elderly can be rude but if you can get in to there apartments make sure your good to the people who have lived there many years..ALSO dont touch the beaver or the big turtles ."
