"Apartment has flooded since Jan/Feb 2023 and again and again in March 2024. When I first called to express that I needed emergency maintence and stated that the outside water was flooding into the electrical outlets and into my entire living space, I was hung up on. A week later the manager finally went on the phone with me and told me, even after multiple emails and ignored calls, that she didn’t know it was actually flooding just a small leak. My entire living area was water damaged and continued to flood for weeks. Negligence by property owners, who knew about the issues prior to my move in and when they promised they would fix the not so “new” issue in Feb 2023, they only repaired the old gutters and not the windows or walls that were spewing water. I was also charged when I had to be out of the unit for them using the rent, electric and utilities during the time they did repairs that didn’t repair the problem. They refuse to let me move even after all of the stress, inconvenience, and major utility and electric bills they’ve caused. Not to mention no one takes the issue seriously. I’m living in an uninhabitable apartment from the start. The heat hasn’t worked since they’ve turned it on either so I had to buy a space heater. And when it’s a hundred degrees in the summer time they don’t turn the AC on. They sent me the lease renewal, wanting to charge me $1940 a month just for rent which is almost double my current flat rent for an uninhabitable place. I left more reviews and updates on Yelp review prior"

"The only good thing about this place is the location. The building is old. The pool was shut down for almost the whole summer. There are mold/mildew problems in the bathroom and laundry closet. The bathroom has no fan, so no circulation. The mildew is starting to reappear on the ceiling above the shower. It was clearly painted over before I moved in. The mildew problem in the washer dryer makes the whole unit smell like mildew or eggshells. The mold smell can be smelled throughout the building, in the hallways, by the elevator. There is often flooding on the first floor of the building. I’ve asked multiple times for a solution to the smell in my unit and management has not provided one. The side entrance to the building is where the loading dock is and many people walk in and out with their pets or to their parked cars. This area is poorly maintained. There is always broken glass everywhere. Sometimes the door flat out doesn’t open. In the winter it is an ice rink. The sidewalks are not well salted in the winter, which is unfortunate for pet owners. Rather dangerous for a heavily trafficked entrance. The building only has heat in the winter, no AC. In the summer it switches to no heat available. The building pushes heat into my unit even when I do not turn my hvac on. It is 76 degrees in here all the time even in winter when I don’t have my heat on. The employees who work in the office are nice but they are young and aren’t very thorough with the information they give out. I was misinformed about parking options when I signed my lease. The girl who helped me was in training, and after a few months she was no longer working here. When my car got towed out of the commuter lot because of the misinformation that I was given, management refused to reimburse me for the tow. The manager lady is unpleasant in general."

"Where do I even begin. How about with a question: Do you enjoy cleaning up fecal mater and urine? If not then I can't say this place would be good for you since there's a lot of that. Less than 2 months in & I was dealing with septic backup into my bathtub. This happened 3 times before they did anything about it. The first time it happened the maintenance worker gouged my bathtub to the point that all the paint on the bottom was chipping off. I had to put in two separate work orders for them to finally fix it & when they did, the plumber they hired left a huge mess for me to clean up after he left. Now, lets talk about the other problem here: there are too many residents with dogs who shouldn't have them. Example, the neighbor's dog above me would be let out multiple times onto his patio for it to relieve itself only for the urine to run down onto my bedroom window below. Took several attempts of reporting the individual until they stopped. The layout is terrible with my neighbor's kitchen on the other side of my bedroom making sure that I'm woken up every time they slam a cabinet or drawer (which happens all the time btw). All of this and there's been little/no compensation on part of the management. Ridiculous given the cost to live here! Meanwhile, most positive review of this place are just solicited from the management with $$$ off your rent (they're desperate to get you to sign that lease) so it's very clear they only see you as a rent check and that's it. I'm questioning myself each day as to why I decided to move here so don't make the same mistake I made. Maybe when common courtesy becomes actually common here, then maybe, but not until then."

"I really like it here! I’m in the towers and the renovations they have done are really nice! The amenities are great and maintenance is very helpful if you have an issue! Everyone is friendly and a great location! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that my washer and dryer really should be replaced and the common area next to the pool doesn’t allow dogs. I feel like there should be a space out there that you could bring your dogs to. It’s beautiful but I don’t use it because I’m not going to grill out and watch the outdoor tvs while my dog sits in the apartment. I’ve asked about this but no one will respond. Overall, happy with my choice to move here."
