"Though the buildings themselves are nice, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of wheelchair accessibility in these apartments. I ran into someone in a motorized wheelchair who had no way of even opening the entrance door and moreover the automatic door to the elevators. The elevator door itself closed before they were able to go in and so I had to reopen the door for them. Seeing how the building says it follows accessibility guidelines, it was very upsetting. There are no censors or buttons outside of the doors to allow people with limited mobility equal access."
"These apartments are amazing! Very nice amenities to go along with fairly priced apartments, truly luxury living. I honestly can’t find one bad thing to say about living here. I never have issues with anything or any of my neighbors. I would also like to say the leasing staff here is fantastic they are so friendly and always are on top of everyone’s needs. They do a much better job than the previous company that ran the building. If you’re looking for a high end Licar apartment building with an amazing staff look no further!"
"The building is immaculate, but you can see that from the pictures. You might not notice that the units "feel" bigger than you might imagine on the floor plans. Or that I almost never hear my neighbors (someone moved into an adjoining apartment just last week and I didn't know it!). The neighbors are friendly. They're the kind of people you'd want to have as your neighbors. Or that Mariano's is a few blocks away, and there are four coffee shops within short walking distance, along with all the Hale Street restaurants and shops. Beyond all that, Maddy and the staff have been absolutely top notch. They're responsive to any issues, seemingly always available (and pleasant!). And Maddy in particular did a great job of talking through floor plan options and locations so I could match my choice to my specific needs. A+ experience."
"I’ve lived at Courthouse Square for three years. My apartment is lovely, bright, spacious & full of storage. The management team is professional, caring & responsive to residents. The buildings & grounds are always clean & polished & beautiful, like a five star hotel. It’s dog-friendly with the cutest animals ever, & it is close to a farmers market, food truck stops, trains & shopping. Just come check it out."
