"I have lived at Lakeside Apartments two times in the past 6 years. The property is always clean and looks great every day. Juan in the maintenance department answers my maintenance calls and is always polite, professional, and gets the job done. It is a nice place to live, and you can see the staff cares. The apartment is renovated and spacious. I'm really glad I came back."

"Based solely around onsite laundry. New machines, cool. New price .50-.75c more per machine type (washer/dryer - $2.25 each), not cool. New dryer (.75c more per load, was $1.50 now $2.25) runs for 15 minutes shorter. Clothes don’t get dry. Run the load again. NOW $4.50 for 1 dryer load (yes if you know that the 45 minutes is not enough you can add another 15 minutes for another .50c, still $1.25 more than previous), not to mention the wash that was $2.25. So, for this load $6.75 for 1 load of wash/dry. Not including the double dipping of shared water and shared “common area electricity” on your monthly rent. Robbery based on laundry. The $25/month common area maintenance fee should have afforded the new machines at same per load cost. Old laundry: Washer - $1.75 - $2.00 (depending on top load vs front) Dryer - $1.50 (60 minutes) Total 1 load $3.25-$3.50 New laundry: Washer - $2.25 (only top load options now) Dryer - $2.25 (45 minutes) New total 1 load $4.50-$5.00"
