"EDITED AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: They didn't offer me a resolution...I moved out early, and ended my lease over it. I had to contact the company owning them now, just to get BASIC respect. Then they replied as if they fixed it. They didn't, I had to move out! STILL DON'T RECOMMEND. Previous review below. EDITED NOVEMBER 2023; Added more video of what it's like here, nonstop! Videos taken on separate WORKDAYS, over multiple weeks. UNMUTE VIDEOS to see what life is really like here! TL:DR, Expect terrible service, poor or no communication, shoddy and inconsistent maintenance, and then being told to just put up with bad problems with no notice for weeks or even months on end! Oh, and substandard service, done without the proper planning, communication, or even permits (at least according to the code enforcement people I spoke to today!) STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I've had significant issues with ongoing work in the building, poor staff communication, and no plans or schedules. Basically: My experience has been terrible, with bad communication and dozens of problems, some of which I've listed below. But this is not all! Truly, be warned. This is not a great place to live anymore. When I called and asked for information on the months of ongoing construction, they lied. lied about contacting me, about the duration, about the start/end times, about what to expect. They lied, over and over, because they didn't know themselves and weren't willing to get the info for the tenants. Just 'Too bad'. When the property staff stated they'd call me back by a specified date, they did not. They DO not. Not once, but a repeated pattern of behavior. Add the local environment: We've had weeks, multiple weeks, of literal garbage piling up on the first floor, overflowing the trash room and into the hallways so bad it stank up the whole floor and attracted fruit flies. This is a REPEAT occurrence, multiple times this and last year. Construction also left dead mice in the halls, for days. In October I had a bug problem (ladybugs crawling in a hole in my wall) due to a previous poorly done maintenance job in my unit. Maintenance closed the request WITHOUT EVEN COMING to my unit! When once again rescheduled, the only solution was to stuff the multiple holes with insulation foam, and garbage. NOT a long-term solution. From painting (which peeled on day 1) to still no door number after 4 months, 100+ decibels (see my attached videos) with no warning, on and on, it seems the tenant/customer experience does not matter here! Unprofessionalism from the staff when asked for reasonable and BASIC things like a schedule, or ear protection if enduring hours of jackhammering. They disconnected the fire alarms from calling the emergency services during construction (didn't tell us), and with the fire alarm going actively for 20 minutes, I had to call 911 myself because there was no reason not to assume there's a fire elsewhere in the building after 20 minutes of alarms! The fire dept guys told me it was the right choice. But, i shouldn't HAVE to wait nearly 20 minutes with a blaring fire alarm at 7 in the morning BEFORE anyone calls the fire department or turns off the alarms! The property staff were pretty good to me in the past, but no longer. I'm sure they'll treat me probably worse after my review, but I need to able to express that this is NOT NORMAL. Nobody should endure this and be paying 2k a month for the privilege of being ignored and mistreated. I really used to LOVE living here! It was the best place I'd rented. The property is gorgeous, the location is good, the parking is good, my unit is pretty good... But no longer. For months it's been early morning (7 am) power tools with no notice, not being able to use the hallways (often without notice) fire alarms, and substandard construction work with no schedule/notice. All to be insulted or ignored if you ask for things like ear protection against 100+ decibel noises! And the staff only reply in anger, like they very well might to this review. It's shameful. Do not rent, do not recommend."

"On 1/22/24, they informed us that the area is experiencing car break-ins. As someone who cares very much about safety, I can no longer live here. The lack of a gated security is a disappointment. The high rent rates & rent increases are unjustifiable."

"Still living here and not sure if I am going to renew my contract because of slow and not good communication. I have been struggling with annoying noise in my apartment due to a machine humming somewhere in the building. I contacted the leasing office and they told me they are going to talk to the maintenance team. It has been almost a week now and nothing changed AND the leasing office now DO NOT reply to my follow up emails (sent 3 so far). Also, I have been waiting to get a new key fob for 4 months now and have not got a new one yet."
