"So far I’m loving it, the area, the apartment, it’s peaceful, relaxing. Overall I love it here. I’m glad I moved here to fairways. I love the office staff they are so nice and helpful. The maintenance staff is amazing"

"Lived there for 1 year and loved our unit. Definitely way too expensive in the long run but seemed worth it at the time. During the approval I was told the security deposit would only be a few hundred dollars, then all of a sudden sike it's the same amount as a month of rent there. In hindsight I should've backed out then and there but I didn't. Unit was one of the updated ones, only ever had some issues with the toilet (the parts inside the back of the toilet were super old, rusty and gunk covered when we moved in) but maintenance responded relatively quickly. The 3 stars rating comes from the price and the other tenants. Your packages will get stolen if they're left outside the building!! Neighbors played loud music often at all hours of the day/night, let their children run wild (screaming, throwing stuff against walls, screaming in the hallways of the buildings late at night) and on a few occasions loud domestic violence situations could be heard through the walls. Don't live here if you want a quiet home or expect friendly neighbors. Like I said the unit was nice but ultimately not worth the almost $2k a month for a 1bed 1bath. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Updates: despite below note, nobody reached out in last 2 months, and issue still remains unresolved. I was a proud renter of this apartment but I was deeply disappointed with their move out paint damage fee charges which they had later on changed to something else name but charges remained same. All the marks inside the bathrooms and near the door panels were directly linked to flooding in a neighboring unit. Furthermore, the ventilation fan proved to be utterly ineffective at removing moisture from the bathroom. This persistent moisture issue, coupled with condensation on the toilet tank, resulted in the rotting of the backside of the toilet floor wood panel, leading to severe mold problems in the bathroom. This, in turn, caused some of the paint to come off with regular use, leaving unsightly marks inside the bathroom and nearby the door panel. Despite my efforts, including running the ventilation fan for extended periods and keeping doors open post-use, the situation did not improve. I submitted a complaint through the resident portal/app, and I have a documented history of the tickets. To support my case, I have shared videos and photos taken during the move-out process, clearly demonstrating that the apartment was handed over to me in the same condition as when I moved in, with only minimal wear and tear consistent with a one-year lease. Given these circumstances, I would have expected them to review the charges they had applied for paint damage fees. It is only fair that I am not held responsible for the damage caused by the apartment's inadequate ventilation and the flooding issue from the neighboring unit, which were beyond my control."

"The people are amazing and very helpful. Julie and Charesse are always there to answer our concerns. This apartment community is lucky to have them as their managers. The only issue I ever had was when I had to early move-out, the usual money that someone is charged is 2 months rent and that's it. But here we were asked to pay a lot more than that, nearly 2 times. Eventually, we found someone to take over our lease and that issue was resolved. But, I would tell you to be careful when it comes to an early move-out. But overall it was a 5-star experience when it comes to living there. The early move out fee being too high caused lot of stress to me and my wife as our baby was on the way at that time. That's why I am giving this place a rating of 4-star."

"We made an online apt to see a apartment. We were waiting in the lobby for 20 mins after that we have to enter in the office and there is the lady property manager we told her we have apt she said, "wait I will be there". Guess what? Again she make us wait and finally we decided not to get apartment this place. She had a very bad attitude. She don't know how to do customer service. She don't like to help so I took my business somewhere else. I highly do not recommend this place. Too expensive and bad vibes."
