"The room was nice, I just wish that it had a microwave included with the mini fridge. There was hot breakfast, but the choices were limited to pancakes, sausage, oatmeal, and omelettes. The sausage and omelettes were room temperature even with a fresh pan being brought out. The location is very close to the mall on the border of Aurora and Naperville. The staff was very friendly."

"Overall a great stay. Our single king room was pretty small with no couch or living space, but it was still a nice room! I appreciated all the hooks on the wall for damp water park gear and coats. I would say breakfast was my biggest disappointment. It was very bare bones with minimal protein (only scrambled eggs and a rotating pork based meat). Otherwise, it was all high carb and sugary options: pancakes, bagels, cereal, toast, pastries, oatmeal. No free water with breakfast available, just juices. The lobby was very fun and inviting with a shuffleboard table, TV, study/work nooks and nice couches and 24 x7 free coffee. In overall, the hotel is best and reasonable priced."

"Overall our overnight stay wasn't bad. But like others have stated the noise from upper floor was annoying (sounded like they were moving furniture around). The slamming of doors and running in the hallways was obnoxious and lasted until around 10:00pm. Also wish they had better window shade. It was more of a screen, leaving our room with plenty of outside light coming in and effecting sleep. You could also see into the rooms from the outside through the screen. Our room was clean and bed was comfy and the water pressure was amazing. So overall not a bad stay for an overnight getaway"

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The room was cozy and modern. I loved the welcome on the tv and the added ease of use of the app to control a lot of my stay. Coffee 24/7 was much needed and provided. The Staff were very friendly. Traveling for work, I felt safe with the location as it’s not on a main road, and in between other building. But still in a perfect central location to a lot of places. Highly recommend, and I plan on staying here again!"

"Overall we loved the stay here and recommend it to anyone . We were greeted warmly at checkin. The lobby and seating areas are clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean and roomy enough. No drawer storage but plenty of shelves, a desk and hooks. The bed was comfortable. Room was easy to manage the temperature. Shower had plenty of pressure and the soaps in the attached dispenser was quite a nice touch. Our stay was quiet in the evening. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. The pancake machine was quicker than most waffle machines and makes 2 about a 4 inch diameter pancakes at a time. It has many topping options besides syrup…like berries, chocolate chips, almonds, whipped cream, etc. They appeared to be freshly stocked as we were there early on the first day and later on the second and third day. The other 2 hot items changed from bacon/instant scrambled to sausage links / instant scramble then bacon / omelet. I really enjoyed the omelet. Also had cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins hard boiled eggs and bagels. Each interaction I had with staff at all instances ( room changeovers, daily station cleaning , front desk ) all were VERY cordial . The following three things we feel kept us from a 5 star rating but by no means prevent us from staying again were… : The orange juice on day 1 just dispensed water. Was fine on day 2 and 3. The coffee and hot water stations were not maintained for evening use even though signage indicated it would be. 8pm coffee and hot water for tea was lukewarm. We also had a false fire alarm issue. We see this is a frequent issue for this location. We have never experienced one ever before. It was addressed quickly and we were lucky it wasn’t raining since we were downstairs playing pool and had no jackets as we stood outside. Again, we highly recommend this hotel"
