"The manager at this location was so rude and nasty to me. She had valid reasons for my not being able to stay (I was waiting on my wallet to be returned and did not have a physical copy of my id) but it was entirely unnecessary to look at and act the way she did to me. I don’t know if it’s because I am gay or my cheap clothes but she’s just really hurt me."
"I’m enjoying my stay here, my room is very comfortable, the establishment is clean and peaceful. Damien went above and beyond to meet my needs while waiting for my new reservation. (Thank you Damien!) Damien and Suzy both were able to give me a later checkout time while awaiting for an organization to extend my stay. Furthermore Housekeeping does a phenomenal job here the bedding & linens are fresh. I highly recommend Motel 6 Naperville for your rest and relaxation while traveling or extended stay needs."
"I like it here. I feel relatively safe. It's clean. I've been here for a few days. There are great places to eat around and convenient stores nearby. Taylor has been exceptional! Every time she's on for a shift, I know she'll take care of my needs, and with a smile. She's awesome. Thanks Taylor."
"I really enjoyed my stay here..Tyler works upfront and she did a wonderful job. What I love about her, she just do her job for a paycheck she does it cause she loves it. The way she interacts with the customers shows it all. If I can give more than 5 stars I give more. Thank you and when I move down here I'm staying here first with my family."
"This is a great spot if you need somewhere to stay on the go. Staff are professional and respectful. There are zero issues on the property. The motel is always quiet and clean. Pets are allowed which makes the motel even more convenient. This is a perfect spot for the price. ; )"
