"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. It's in a state of severe disrepair, more fitting for a 1-star rating. The rooms reek of cigarettes, with stained and dirty carpets. The shower area was a mold-infested nightmare, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. To top it off, the room had multiple holes in the walls, posing a safety risk. The pitch-dark hallway to the rooms was concerning, and the front desk’s 11pm-9am closure was inconvenient. My advice: Avoid this place and invest a bit more in a safer, cleaner option. There are red flags everywhere."

"No amenities, no coffee, no water, not shampoo to be had even for purchase. Clean towels and extra fee, sheets, and extra fee, WiFi and extra fee. They advertise free breakfast even on the WiFi login but the front desk clerk will explain that is long since stopped"

"I came here because I expected a "fully equipped kitchen" as advertised. I showed up to a room with absolutely nothing, not even a coffee maker. The hotel offered no amenities whatsoever. The only place to get anything was a vending machine and it was out of order. The place gave me the impression they were going out of business and just hanging on to get a few extra bucks. Very disappointed!"

"This is our second time booking our hotel through Agoda. It looks like they advertise 1 star hotel as a 4-star hotel. The pictures are extremely deceiving. We stayed there for only one night and i am super glad that we stayed there for one night only. Here are the details of the hotel. • When we entered the hotel, there was an unpleasant smell. The lobby looked uncleaned. • Our room smelled like as if someone used drugs in there, and there was a cigarette smell, too. • There were no toiletries or trash can in the bathroom. • There was no iron board or iron. We asked for an iron, and there was no iron in the entire hotel. The receptionist was kind enough to give us her personal iron. • There was no lock or knob in the bathroom door. * The shower drain was clogged. • The was water coming out underneath the refrigerator. • We booked this hotel because the breakfast was included. When we checked in, we found out that they did not serve any breakfast. They stopped serving breakfast a week ago. There was no update about this on either their website or Agoda. * The customer service was closed at 8:00 am in the morning. The shutters at the reception desk were down. We had to slide our key cards in to checkout. There was no one to help if anyone needed it. • The receptionist was very unfriendly at the beginning but helped us out by providing her own personal iron to use."

"They always cancel late night reservations, I've had 3 instances where I couldn't check in after I booked and payed for the room. It's extremely inconvenient when you're trying to be responsible and not drink and drive. But good thing the red roof in was next door and was able to help me in the jam. However they are not always available which lead me to sleeping in my car in the parking lot. Stay away from extended stay, they're extremely unprofessional and unreliable."
