"You have to watch out for bugs,and people stealing, and don't set outside after dark"
"Nasty , has cockroaches, looks nicer when you look at it but after you rent it then you actually see how nasty dirty it is , couldn’t live there , they don’t keep it painted or updated and they say they spray but I couldn’t move into a place that has cockroaches and I have plenty of pictures of them ! Terrible for senior citizens to live like that , some of the people need to be in a nursing home or assisted living. Manager is aware of the problem but never does anything about it . The whole place needs cleaned up painted and tented to get rid of the bugs ! Disgusting !!!"
