"Casey is a STAR! she helped my family and i immediately and got us in right away! The park is very peaceful and quiet and clean! our neighbors are quite nice! Management and maintenance fixed allot of big things that were needed done before we moved in which is amazing and havent had any problems at all! havent met the rest of management but i bet they are great as well!"

"Worse place i have ever lived. They give you a decent rate for rent but then raise it right away to an ungodly amount for a trailer that is not put together properly and everything in it is old. They replace the appliances and act like that is enough out cabinets look like they have been here since the 70s chipped paint and barely hanging on. Our floor has come unglued everywhere it has sunken spots in the floor as well. if you are looking for a trailer please please go somewhere else. They will raise the rent until you cant afford it. Web Will be moving out asap. i regret moving in our trailer is like 10 to 20 feet shorter everything is crammed in here. They will fine you for every little thing. Management is terrible you can never get a hold of anyone. I had water filling up my air vents and it took almost 3 days to get someone over here. its just terrible ran find another place to live save your money and time. I've lived in Pevely my whole life except when i went to college 31 years. I've known a lot of people who have lived here and not one person liked it most moved out within a year."
