"RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! ZERO STARS IF I COULD! the management never knows what is going on. the walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from neighbors above, people outside. kids are never watched and run crazy at all hours. dog poop is everywhere, never get cleaned up (including on sidewalks). the outside looks nice, but inside is full of mold and if anything breaks, you'll be waiting days or weeks before they come fix it. our place was flooded from the people above us and mold was IN our walls! they told us we were only there another week til our lease was up so they weren't going to let us go to another unit. we explained we had a child but they didn't want to take the time to accomodate us and instead BILL US with FALSE information about our lease and just try to get more money from people when they could. very very frustrating and worst management i have ever seen that includes Shaye. Don't bother going to her with any problems, nothing will get resolved. They lied saying we owed over $1,000, just to find out really we didn't owe anything. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE!"

"My Aunt just moved into a first floor 3b,2b apartment. Spectrum is hooking up cable today. While I was on the phone with her an alarm, sounded like the fire alert, went off and then silent, four times. She called to get maintenance to access the situation as she wasn't cooking, smoking or otherwise . Her question is if the apartments are tied together, alarm wise, and if false alarms are frequent. I'll follow up on further issues, As of now, she's withholding her review. It's too early. Those in the apartment above her can be heard but, that's a common multi-dwelling complaint. I'm interested in rent reviews. Is the 3b,2b renting under $800 a month? That sounds very reasonable. I read these reviews and I'm not sure what to think. Is there a red flag that's being missed? Please let us know. Thanks"

"I have been living at Pevely Pointe for 5 years now. The apartments are wonderfully maintained. Any time I have had any issues, mostly as simple as a broken toilet handle or needing my furnace filter replaced, they have been resolved within 24 hours. There are a lot of kids and the reality is kids are noisy. So if you are looking for quite and serene, this may not be the place for you. I tend to keep to myself and many of the tenants in my building have been there as long as myself if not longer. All are polite and considerate. The amenities are great as well. Pool, workout room, laundry."

"I have never even heard this story John Whitlock is talking about. Seems a little strange because we would never have anyone's information to run a credit or criminal report without them filling out an application? Mr. Maxwell, if you remember the problem was that your check wasn't signed and the bank called me and asked for me to get you to bring in a new check. You brought me a new check and the bank still processed your unsigned check though they told me they would not. As soon as I found out that had happened I called you. That was an unfortunate mistake and I am sincerely sorry that it had happened. As far as the carpet I don't assess carpeting. An outside carpet cleaning company comes in and tells me the condition of the carpeting and whether they can clean it or if I need to replace it. If the carpeting could have been cleaned the cleaning company would rather make the money from cleaning it instead of saying it needs replaced. Yes your apartment was clean and there were no cleaning charges for your account. I apologize if you weren't happy with the results. You were a great tenant and we wish you nothing but success in your future."

"This place is totally full of Hoosiers. I lived there for 2 years. 1 month I paid my rent and they said my check bounced but it didn't so I wrote another check. And they charge me late fees but both checks went through and cleared fine. So they gave me a credit for one month. Then when I moved out they gave me $200 back from my $700 deposit the apartment was still in great condition they said they had to replace the carpet which have zero stains on them. The entire apartment was cleaned vacuumed and in excellent condition still but they took my deposit. Don't move in here this is your warning"
