"I like living here, but they made their office hours almost impossible to get into. It used to be open until 6 or sometimes 5, but now it’s 4 o clock and most people have to work past that point. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if they didn’t start making all packages go to the office. Makes me nervous to buy things because I can’t even pick it up unless I take off work. Just seems lazy."

"I just moved here with my 2 children and for the first time in 5 years, I actually feel like I'm home. The apartment is beautiful and more spacious than I could've imagined. Not to mention, the apartment managers are amazing. They were there for me the entire move in process and made sure to answer any questions I had right away. They actually care, and you can tell. The maintenance workers are great and together with management, ensured that my home was in awesome shape for me and my kids. It is so nice to live in a community where I feel safe and taken care of. I am beyond grateful and would recommend living here to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live."

"Southernside is a very comforting place to live as far as low income apartments are considered. I would rather live here than in the luxury apartment complex across the street. If any issues arise, Maintenance is scheduled within the week and the problems are fixed. They are also very courteous when they are in your home even when you are not able to be there. The property managers are very friendly. They are on-site and will notify you when they are not in the office. Their door is always open for questions and comments. There is a woman who plants flowers at the entrance at least twice a year. There are groundskeepers that maintain the grassy areas whenever it is needed. Waste Management comes frequently in the week too. Some big issues take more time and effort but they do get put on the list and will get completed in a timely manner. The clubhouse is well maintained with a sitting area, a game room, an outdoor pool and a small fitness center with a rather large laundry facility too. If I am comparing it to other low income apartments, I would say it is five star. Sansone works hard to create a safe and happy community and it shows."
