"I've lived here for a year so far and it's been great compared to previous apartment complexes I've been at. There's routine maintenance around the vicinity to keep place looking nice, the residents are friendly, the staff responds rather quickly to any requests as I have as well. Maintenance also does a great job at stopping by to fix any issues that may arise at my apartment. The longest I've ever waited for a fix was 1 day and that was due to them being busy the day I requested it. I think the gym could use an upgrade for newer equipment and the pool could be just a tad cleaner (it gets quite a few leaves and twigs in it from the surrounding trees) but personally that's me being a little nit picky. I've still used both of the amenities and it's been great living here so far!"

"Sent an inquiry about a particular, cheaply priced apartment. An agent got back to me that they were 200 dollars more than the listing price, and the price included things not even mentioned in any listing I looked up. Including their site. They charge an additional fee for your parking spot on top of the rent to be paid, as well as Water/Sewer and trash. That is all fine and dandy about those bills but they increase the price of rent and that potential isn't even mentioned in the listing. I asked the Agent to break it down, pricing wise, and received no response. It would make sense for the Water and such to increase the price of rent. But the parking spot? For living there? That doesn't make sense to me, as I would imagine that "additional cost" would be included in the base rent price. But it's almost 200 more than advertised, and I do not recommend any place that adds those in on an email, not on the listing."

"I have lived at Vinings Apt for 2yrs. I would describe in 3 words - Great! Safe!! Friendly!!!. Star, Melinda and Art run the show and they are great!!! All issues were addressed within a business day. Apartment is located in a best place, easy accessible to Highway-K, groceries and many restaurants. If I get an opportunity to come back to O'Fallon, MO, would definitely choose this Apartment again."

"I have lived at The Vinings for a year and a half. They have been wonderful, from the application process through move out. I am moving out of state or else I wouldn't have left. Any time I had an issue, they addressed and fixed it, within a business day. When there was an emergency they took care of everything in a very professional and friendly manner. The staff (Starr, Melinda, and Art) have always been friendly and welcoming. They know all their tenants, including children and pets. The 3 bdrm apartment is spacious and lovely. The property is beautiful and neat. The only issue I've had living here is some dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs. Thank you also much. We will miss you."
