"I have lived there a few years. Sabrina, Cookie and all the office and maintenence staff are very respectful and non intrusive, unlike other complexes. Anytime I call, maintence has it fixed within hours. Pretty quiet safe complex as well. I love the ducks. The staff really does a great job! Christina is great!"
"This revue is to give a shout out to the Westchester team specifically Jamie for her outstanding customer service. We were in need of a place to stay within 4 days and Jamie moved the process along helping every step of the way answering questions and helping me with all the paperwork. I really appreciate all the help from Jamie and Lauren along the way."
"I would give 0 stars if it was an option. 1300 a month for old, outdated apartments and LOUD neighbors. The complex took my entire security deposit for paint and carpet stains. They did this without notification when they specifically told me they would send an itemized list of what they charged for. I will be contacting this week for that. Keep in mind the apartment was in subpar condition when we moved in. We were also promised new carpet within a few weeks of moving in and 2 years later still had the same dirty, torn carpet from the previous tenant. Save yourself the headache and money and rent somewhere reputable. Major RENTER BEWARE. The neighbors on the same strip as me also left trash outside constantly, the the point the ducks on the property starting eating it. I finally went and complained to the office since they clearly only care about sending out pointless emails and not keeping up with the appearance of the complex."
"We’ve been living here for a year! we love the floor plan and how spacious the 2 bedroom townhome is especially living with a large breed dog! we have amazing neighbors that have became good friends of ours! Office staff is amazing, welcoming and extremely helpful with any questions we have! Maintenance is fast at responding to any issue we have had and I always see them out and about working! The only issue I have is some neighbors are not the best cleaning up after their dogs, but they provide plenty of clean up stations to encourage better choices of the owners!"
