"I’ve lived at Avenue64 for nearly a year, and it truly feels like home. The entire staff is terrific, beginning with Linda Elswick (Community Manager) and Jaykob Wallace (Assistant Community Manager) through Jason Talbert & Savannah Harrison (Front Desk / Leasing Consultants). Shortly after moving to Avenue64, I had a knee replacement, and Linda and her team went above & beyond to accommodate my situation, even to the point of having a new, taller toilet installed In my unit. The exceptional gym at Avenue64 provided a very convenient and effective venue for my rehabilitation. If you’re looking for a great apartment, close to major highways, where management will go above & beyond to satisfy your needs, look no further than Avenue64. They definitely get my 5-star rating!"

Learia has been a wonderful help walking me through the process. The finishes feel high end, there is a great deal of closet space, and I love the “hotel” feel with the indoor hallways and door fobs—I feel very safe and happy at Avenue 64."

The staff is inviting and very timely with their help; they plan monthly events to give residents a source of community. Our space itself is gorgeous, great views, and amazing up to date appliances! Avenue64 is very clean, professional, and reliable."
"I love living at avenue64! To start the amenities are awesome. 24 hour gym, heated pool, hot tub, common area with a starbucks machine and pool table, each courtyard has their own gas grill, valet trash, and elevators in each building! We have 2 cats, a pet snake and a pet frog and they were super accommodating with letting the reptiles stay here which is hard to find with other complexes! That’s just a little of what is offered here. The apartments itself are also very modern with high ceilings and updated appliances! Would definitely recommend Avenue64!"
