"I had a bad experience with Donna, she is rude to residents, and she charged trash violation which is not our mistake perhaps we explained her that is trash management companies fault, but still, she charged me. so upset with management. I don't recommend any one to this community."
"I have lived here at the Jewel since they first opened I had a few hiccups along the way as you would in any new construction. The person that stands out to me and has had the residents in their true best interest has always been Francesca at every turn. I cannot say enough about how professionally she handles any concerns I have directly asked for her over the upper management in the past . I love coming home to this clean and perfectly maintained complex our maintenance staff is visibly happy and so responsive , to me that speaks volumes . We have amazing neighbors in building 7 that have felt like family . I love turning in at the end of my workday I immediately smile and feel the hug of the community that coming home should feel !"
"I have been living at the Jewel for a year now and saying that I love living here is an understatement! I moved here right after college, and I have truly enjoyed my stay, so much so that I renewed my lease for another year. All of the staff (ladies in the office and maintenance) have been such a large help and so accommodating. I want to give a special shout-out to Francesca! She has been so attentive and helpful during my tenure here, and I appreciate her so much!!! If you are looking for a really quiet, peaceful and beautifully designed place to live, I highly recommend The Jewel O’Fallon! You will not regret it!"
"My fiancé and I just had our orientation today for our new apartment and WOW! If the complex itself isn’t already nice enough, the staff at The Jewel O’Fallon is TOP NOTCH. We had the pleasure of speaking with and being guided by Mathilda. She’s so super sweet! Very knowledgeable and professional. Really took the time to walk us through everything and addressed all of our questions before we even had the chance to ask! Day 1 and this place already feels like home"
"We absolutely loved this apartment. Ground floor plans are super convenient. You can park really close to the patio. 5 minutes driving to Walmart and Fort Zumwalt park."
