"I've lived here for just about 2 years and have nothing but great things to say. The property and amenities are excellent and always the first thing people notice when they come to visit. The heated pool is open earlier and later than almost any others in STL and the year-round hot tub comes in handy. Staff is great too, always friendly and takes care of any issues right away. Special shout out to Julienne (might be getting the spelling wrong), I believe she's a leasing consultant but she's my go-to for anything I need and is always polite and incredibly helpful."

"We haven’t rented in over 50 years. But we sold our villa at the right time and moved in to 5300 until we decide what we’re going to do. The staff is awesome, always there to answer questions and any concerns. We have the best apartment on the corner across from the City Hall, up high and see beautiful sunsets. It’s like being on vacation. Great amenities. Family and friends are impressed, tell us it’s like a resort. Appreciate the security and convenience of the elevator. We love the coffee bar in the lobby. We don’t worry about the weather, just a walk down the hall to get our mail and trash disposal. Thank you 5300 for making this chapter in our lives pleasant."
