"Pros: - The apartments are very quiet. I rarely hear noise from other residents. - If you have a simple or easy maintenance issue, the staff will resolve it promptly - The size of the apartments fits my needs, and the location is great. Cons: - If you have a less simple, less easy maintenance issue then you could be in for a long ride. My heater and AC were broken for just under 5 months before finally being replaced. The office almost never provided any information or status updates without me asking for them. At no point did they offer any rent reduction or other compensation. I asked directly about this a month ago and followed up two weeks ago, but I have yet to receive a reply. Overall, if you can dodge any big maintenance issues, this can be a pretty great place to live. Update: I did follow up again at the request of the manager's reply to this review. This time the communication and follow-through were much improved, so I'm bumping my rating from 3 stars to 4."

"We’ve been without Heat and AC for over a month now. We had to spend our holidays freezing in sub-zero temps with no heat! They have done absolutely nothing to aid us besides giving us a small space heater. We’ve reached out to the office multiple times with no clear definitive answer besides from “we’re working on it.” This is not the first time we’ve had issues here but easily the most damning red flag for those that may seem to be interested in moving here. Not worth the price of rent. They want to increase rent each year when the quality of the property gets no better."
