"**DONT DO IT** Horrible front office staff & mgmt! Nothing but lies from day 1....The office will tell you about having to use one point of contact for internet and cable who will try force you into 24-month contract pricing (not true - call AT&T / DTV yourself). The walls are paper thin, and you'll hear everything around you... the units are not vented properly and anyone "smoking" in their unit will travel through the vents to your unit. It's disgusting. Very few people clean up after their dogs. The dumpsters are always overflowing and to only have package pick up 9am - 5pm is extremely inconvenient. Broke our lease a little over 90 days in and it's been a nightmare dealing with the office. Better options our there / don't make the same mistake we did."

"I’ve been working with Katie for a couple days now and it’s been a phenomenal experience so far. She’s very knowledgeable about this community! Katie answered all of my questions (trust me there were a ton) with such patience and kindness. I asked her if this was a pet friendly community and she was so personable we started talking about a lot things dogs. It was nice to talk to a fellow dog mom! The community looks very well kept. Not one sign of debris. I recommend Katie and this community if you’re in the market for a new apartment home!"

"Parking is pretty awful. If you come in after 6pm good luck finding a spot without having to walk a good distance. Insulation is terrible. We had ice on our windows and when we contacted Turnberry they basically said it’s because the windows are cheap. The poor insulation leads to a very high energy bill. We were paying between $1400-$1600 a month for an apartment with old appliances, and outdated carpet and tile. This is suppose to be a gated community. The gate was never closed for most of our lease. The gate card was worthless. I believe we used it twice over the 16 months we were there. The best thing about this apartment complex is the maintenance team. They are very efficient and kind. Otherwise I would consider looking elsewhere."
