"Sun River Village has been good living at for the past 2 months. No complaints that are not already being addressed by projects in the works. Apartment is good, waiting to put in a few work orders until maintenance staff is caught up, nothing major just little things! Location is good and grounds are kept nice. Management does a good job communicating via email/text with residents when things are happening."
"This place is awful! They put a new dryer in, and it didn't work, took them an entire extra month because they kept beating around the bush. Now in the last 3 months, I've gotten 2 charges for electric, which I pay with Ameren separately and theyve charged me $220 roughly over it. I call almost daily to get this resolved and they STILL won't fix it. Absolutely embarrassing, stay away at all costs!"
"I just have to say that Sun River Village is an absolute breath of fresh air! The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful! Maintenance team are trustworthy and actually fix or repair items! They respond very quickly as well! I can not recommend this property enough! Not to mention the resident functions they have are top notch and fun!!! They really care about their residents!"
