"If I can give this facility No stars will be to good. This is a facility that is Not professionally equipped to care for Our loved ones with mental disabilities. My niece is there through a court order for treatment and they are doing everything but treating her. They are abusive Verbally and Physically to her they are Definitely Negligent, and Disrespectful. From the Top department to the bottom. Don't even think about calling to complain or make a complaint that has been referred to you by your loved one, it will Never get to or go the the proper chain of command or authority. I have gotten my family a lawyer and I have physically started a formal complaint with the Illinois Department Of Public Health so that this facility can be investigated."
