"Yuck!!! I’ll let the photos do the talking. Also not included in the photos: 1. Hot water issue: the water is cold to tepid and they’ve been trying to fix it forever now. 2. Paper towels: they’re always running low on paper towels. Same with the wipes they have for wiping down machines. 3. Flies and mould/mildew in shower stalls: what’s the thing with that? Spray some stuff to clean this up!? 4. Water filling stations are very low pressure 5. Equipments are old/broken/noisy/creaking 6. Gym always dirty with overflowing trash, dirty toilets and mucky, filthy floors"
"This place has the worst maintenance ever. I’ve repeatedly told the desk that sauna which is never hot 150deg not 180-200 about how dirty it is. I also have a membership at Planet fitness and it’s way cleaner.The water has been out for a week, I am a GC I could have my plumber have out same day."
"This LA Fitness is a great, clean, well run location. The staff (Ian/Aaron/Katie) were incredibly helpful and welcoming to me, answering all of my questions along the way. I have just moved to Austin and was looking for a solid local gym - this location was referred and I could not be more pleased."

"Very disappointed of this gym. Other LAs are not as bad as this one. Been forced to come to this one because it’s the closest one to my house. But in the past 5 months there have been machines that are “scheduled for maintenance” and for more than 5 months they haven’t been fixed. I have counted 15+ machines broken at the same time. 50 dlls a month for such a bad quality equipment not worth. Save your money and go to other gyms."
