"My daughter loves Tutu School! I have seen her do a lot of the tutu school activities at home on her own. She is pretend playing more as well. This has improved her imagination skills and listening skills. The teachers are so patient with the kids. The little kids are all so cute twirling and dancing and there are lots of fun props. The teachers do a great job of finding fun ways to move, dance and stretch which is important for my daughter to learn coordination, balance and how to move and control her body. The teachers transition so efficiently from activity to activity. There is also an interactive story time which introduces her to so many ballets. Overall, this is a valuable experience for our family! Can’t wait until the first recital!"

"My daughter has been taking ballet class since she was 3 years old at TUTU school. Collette and her teachers always so welcoming and have always giving my daughter the attention and support she needs. My daughter have learned a lot and now that she is five she has moved to a different class more appropriate for her age. I love that they have bilingual classes as well and that we can schedule makeup sessions."

"Our 3 year old loves her Saturday morning classes! Great for making new friends. The class has so much fun pretending to be dancing fairies, dinosaurs & animals under bubbles. It’s the cutest! The classes use a lot of fun props and recognizable music (Disney dance versions). The instructor does great with directing the girls and teaching them the early dance techniques. It’s been a great experience!"

"We love Tutus! The Tutus ballet is consistent studio to studio (from what we’ve experienced). We moved to Austin from California - we did Tutus (at the Willow Glen and Saratoga locations) there for 4 years and loved it. We feel the Austin location has great teachers and our youngest loves classes from the Owner. Both my daughters started at 18 months. We love the parent and me classes. All the teachers are good at reading their class and engaging them. We enjoy that the parent viewing is visible and not completely separated. My older daughter was learning barre when she stopped dancing. My youngest isn’t 2 yet and you can ask her to do a passé, pique, tandu, etc. she knows her technique! She loves that they involve scarves, bubbles, wands, and stories. Great for shy, outgoing, special needs, etc. The recitals are optional. There is not a dress code. And it’s gender friendly! (Remember Ryan Gosling, Tom Holland, and Henry Cavill all did ballet!) We were pleasantly surprised to see all genders and diversity, and parent engagement in our classes. We tried other studios in the Lakeway/Bee Cave/West Austin area and they were not the same. It is totally worth a 40 minute drive (from Lakeway) for our class. We recommend to everyone who has a child to dance in Austin, or in other cities to look in their city. We hope they open a location in the West Austin area but we’ll be making the commute just for Tutus. We do wish they had boutique toys, tutus, and shoes like our previous tutus location. We do appreciate this location has books for when my older child tags along. I included my girls photos from previous Tutus recitals"
