Shed Pilates Fitness is a gym and health institution located at 5501 North Lamar Boulevard in Austin, Texas. Our studio offers a variety of classes to help you build a strong foundation of core muscles, learn ideal movement patterns for your unique body, and incorporate healthy habits into your everyday life. From our Foundations Class to our MVMT class, we focus on proper pelvic floor engagement, correct movement patterns, breathing techniques, strength training, and more to leave you feeling stronger, taller, and more confident. Our Contemporary Reformer Pilates and athletic movements class is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves and improve muscle tone, bone density, strength, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular health, stamina, and focus. We also offer one-on-one personal weight training to cross train from the Reformer and improve overall health and confidence.
