"So a follow up, the trainer I paid still hasn't refunded me as promised and the owner of gym is aware of this and has now ignored me. Turning a blind eye for his trainers that are taking peoples money then ghosting them. Feel free to look them up on the BBB. The negative rating should steer you away. This was August of 2023."

"Decent facility, but way too expensive for what it is. Classes are often overfilled. Feels like the fast food of fitness. Additionally, they have a contract that with fine print they don't talk to you about that requires a 50% cancellation payment of any monthly fees leftover in the contract. So if you have 4 months left in a 12-month contract, you'd pay 50% of that balance. A tried but true practice to gouge customers and a business model that is reminiscent of used car sales."
"Jessica in sales was very welcoming and perfectly described what we should expect. Her tour was great and everything has actually been above expectation. Her sales pitch was simple and respectful. The facility is amazing, and does a lot of the talking! We' enjoyed our first of 3 sample classes, Gerry is a very effective leader and ran the class expertly."
