The Gym members are respectful and you get a very good sense of community here. The personal training staff and nutritionists are no nonsense, top notch and well educated. Besides all of that, you can get one on one training, group class training and/or 24-hour gym access to fit your needs. The restrooms are huge with full walk in showers and towels etc provided. The place is kept spotless, and there are even supplements available at the front desk. This place is a one of a kind gem of a gym. If you want to experience the best in Lakeway when it comes to a gym, This place is where it is at, I promise!, So come by and see what you’ve been missing and make a friend or two. Coach Liz and Karin are always available to chat with you and get you into the best shape of your life.
