He was also available to help me with meeting deadlines and long hours and repairs needed with very short notice. Juan is also now working with the new homeowner to continue maintaining that home. Juan also helps my daughter to maintain and repair her new home Juan is a rare find."

"He came to my house and I showed him two items that needed to be fixed. One item needed two components for it to work. He told me he would charge me “85 for both” I wrote him a check for both repairs. He left my house with the check and did not fix the second item. He left without me knowing it. When I called him, he said that the 85 was for BOTH COMPONENTS OF ONE REPAIR. won’t use him again."
