"I have been on a search for a primary care doctor since moving to the suburbs. I was excited to find a place that served lgbtq+ plus patients. My excitement was met with frustration a bit of anger to disappointment. My appointment was scheduled for 11:20 am. It was 11:55 am and I still had not been seen. I approached the receptionist; I believe her name is Angela and asked for timing when I would be seen. She said I'd be out by 12:30. Which in my mind is a very short visit with the doctor. When I pushed back on if this is normal she said they were double booked. To my surprise she suggested I look for Healthcare elsewhere. So I asked for the documents I signed and left. If possible seek Healthcare elsewhere as suggested by Angela the receptionist."
"This place is awful. They don’t keep their appointment times. I wait for over an hour and they don’t even update you on how much longer or apologize."
