"Avoid this company if you wish to keep your credit history clean. They will not bill your insurance correctly, not let you know about it, and then will send your bill to collections and take no actions to resolve the issue. This group operates under Pediatrix Medical Group for billing. Please go look at their reviews under that name, all 1 stars for billing disputes. What a nightmare of a company to deal with. We visited this place in January 2022 for a visit, and had to give them new insurance details. Apparently they have 2 billing systems and it was never updated, so they never sent anything to me or my insurance company for the bill. Never saw an email or a letter asking for payment. A year later I get a bill from collections in January 2023. I've been trying to clear this up for 9 months and still have no resolution. The man who is the only person able to clear this up, Joe, won't return my call or do anything when I leave detailed info in his voice mail box. Shawn, thank you for at least picking up the phone. You seem nice and competent and I wish you could clear this up for me."

He explained everything very well and I was very happy because we had went to another doctor before him who told us my daughter simply needed to lose weight.
