"This place is a money pit for insurances and parents. They only care about giving parents 3 mins of their time and billing them. It’s the chop shop of pediatric clinics of all Austin. Switched my kid to ARC where the pediatricians actually listen and took our worries into consideration vs pushing stool softeners and Motrin. Places like this should be illegal."
"We've been patients here for almost 2 years and love our Pediatrician & her staff. Sometimes we wait a bit. Once we waited a very long bit. It's possible the staff are overworked and underpaid. The system (including government $$ via tricare, medicaid, etc) IS broken, but the staff are beautiful professionals at Carousel Peds Southbrook location"
