Our Director of Golf at The Lab Sugar Land is certified at Level G2 by TPI and is a member of the PGA of Venezuela. Drawing from the methods of renowned instructors like James Sieckmann, Stan Utley, and Bradley Hughes, our golf program is designed to improve your game.
Operating hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Saturday appointments are available upon request, and we are closed on Sundays. Experience a new level of fitness and wellness at The Lab Sugar Land.

"I love how this place is shaping up! I started working out at The Lab after the gym next door closed and my awesome personal trainer, Alize, came to train here. I’ve had her as my personal trainer for over a year now, and I’ll follow her anywhere she goes! She is so knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and training, and it’s easy to be enthusiastic and excited about it when you’re around her as well. I’ve made a lot of progress since I started working out with her, and I find that her thirst for knowledge and growth has also influenced me even in my work and personal life outside of the gym. Alize is also a certified yoga teacher and teaches classes at The Lab several times a week. Her classes are great for both beginners and more experienced yogis. The Lab space is new but is really coming together. I’ve been especially impressed with the innovative setup in there used to maximize a smaller space. I’m very excited to see how it progresses once everything is settled in. There is truly a top notch staff at this place, and at Dr. Simon’s chiropractic office next door. It’s truly a joy to walk in the doors and feel like you’re part of a community."
