"Excellent visit today. Despite the long wait list and then having to be rescheduled, I would still recommend Dr Crear and Houston Eye associates. We were early, and were taken back right away (to my daughter’s disappointment, as she was very content watching the Disney movie on tv in the waiting area). The doctor and assistant were both excellent with kids: patient, kind, and engaging. The doctor spent time to answer all my questions, explain the treatment plan and expected results, and also discussed what next steps could look like if the issue didn’t respond to treatment. We felt respected and listened to by all the staff. Thank you!"
"Dr. Crear and all the staff was very welcoming and understanding of my daughters needs as she is Autistic and non-verbal. The desk clerk led us to a more private waiting room for my daughter with the TV and Disney plus on. That really settled her down. Doctor Crear was excellent with my daughter and very understanding and patient with her. She did an amazing job at keeping my girl calm while also getting her prescription which was difficult in its own because my daughter cannot communicate with her. I would definitely recommend you go here especially if you have a small child or a child with special needs."
