"Sarah is fantastic to work with. I’ve been to C.O.R.E Physical Therapy for stretch sessions and an injury rehab. Stretch sessions, in my opinion, are very similar to getting a massage. You will feel loose and relaxed when you leave. Sarah also helped me rehab a nagging shoulder injury. Sarah is knowledgeable and professional I highly recommend her for any PT needs."

"I started as a patient for lower back pain with physical therapy. Sarah was very patient with me. I was trying to do the least amount to get better. She let me fail. Then, i did what she said, and i was done with therapy very quickly with results better than I imagined. Now I do stretch therapy. Its fantastic. Its sounds simple, but the stretching is much more than you can do on your own. Do yourself a favor and call her. She will explain it. I guarantee you she will listen. She cares more about my health than I do! Call her and ask questions. Some have called me an older gentleman, but I have a daughter in her 20s and a son in law in his 40s that see her regularly. Youll love it!"
"I went to Sarah for stretch sessions then I started using her PT services. I had a shoulder tightness/loss of rotation that she was able to help restore. The stretch sessions are fabulous, I prefer them over my normal massage therapist sessions. Her evaluation and plan of action for my shoulder injury was easy to follow and easy to implement outside of just my in person PT visits. I would highly recommend Sarah and her services!"
