"They are helpful enough. I originally wanted an MD, but they asked if I would be okay with an NP. I said yes at the time. I was not impressed by their NP’s (Nash) methods so I asked to switch to an MD; even if that required coming in as a “new patient” again. They told me I was not allowed to switch and that I would have to go to another facility. Be mindful if they rope you in with the same offer."

"I can’t do this anymore after today I’m done I have been going here for over a year now and even with mri ct scans every bit of proof that I AM IN PAIN i can’t get any help with pain.. a little back story I have severe degenerative disc disease so severe that one specialist said there’s no way at my age my back should be this bad .. with clear proof of the problem yall continue to just throw ibuprofen and drugs that do absolutely nothing at me . i call today because today is day three of not being able to sleep well can’t eat cuz im sick to my stomach due to the pain I can’t even wash my butt cuz I can’t stand long enough to shower so I call and the nurses line informs to I shouldn’t be using ice that I should be using heat well any half brain person can google and find out no heat makes my problems worse ! Then they finally send a note to my doctor and she sends me in a script for pain medication well come to find out it’s a medication we have tried TWICE at two different milligrams and guess what.. DIDN'T WORK THEN WHY WOULD IT WORK NOW !! At this point I feel like the only reason I’m going to this doctors office is to fund them because the help for my pain is just not gunna happen"

"I see Amie Nash and I have always had a wonderful experience. The office staff and nurses are friendly and they get you in quickly. And Amie really is amazing. I don't feel rushed with her. She asks questions face to face rather than working down a screen. She takes time to answer my questions in a meaningful way. And she really listens. Her willingness to invest the time to build a real conversation, her sincerity and her competency leave me feeling heard and cared for after every visit."

"I recently started looking for a new primary care physician, and The Draves office came highly recommended for the area. However with that being said in the 3 appointments the only plus I've seen is they can get you in quickly. I've been told false information, prescribe medication with horrible side effects without a proper diagnosis. Then when I requested an MRI to properly diagnose the issue before taking this medication, they refused, and tried to get me back in, to pay another copay when this very issue was review, documented, and a followup plan was discussed only 3 weeks earlier in his office. So from my experience they would prefer to pump you full of harmful chemicals rather then to schedule an MRI to first determine the issue properly. Lazy and money focused medicine is what they practice. Don't waste your time!"

"Dr. Gene Draves is, in my opinion, about as good as they come. He has been my family practitioner for many years. About 5 years ago I was feeling a little abnormal. My blood pressure was high, I had swelling in my abdomen, and I had like a pooling in my hands and feet while I was running. (I'm a big runner and triathlete.) Dr. Gene looked me over and before I knew it I was being diagnosed with Lymphoma. He personally guided me through the diagnosis period with the utmost speed and compassion. It's been 5 years since then but everyone needs to know what a great doctor he is. He certainly has my vote as an outstanding Doc!"
