"More spacious than comperable units. Heat & WiFi included in rent, but No Streaming Allowed. D/W & disposal in all units. Laminated cheap cabinets. $42 extra for underground parking, wait list for spots. Not enough free outdoor parking for everyone. Sprinkler system. Heat included, but thermostat is not controlled or marked with Temperature. People leave windows open in winter in most units because it's too hot. Single mechanical A/C unit in each apartment. Underground parking is $42/mo. extra. Last few years focus has been on building new units, not maintenance. Great Residential Manager for Unit I & II. Most units have very large linen closet in bathrooms, but those with linen closet in hall is too small to be functional. Sprinkler system. WiFi included in rent but Streaming Not Allowed!!!! Laminated beige cabinets are not ageing well. Cuts to maintenance are significant. Company focusing on new construction."
