"I had reservations for Fri. & Sat. Nights, however when I found out what time we needed to be in town, I decided to cancel Fri. Night's reservations. I called the number that said front desk, clearly it wasn't Dubuque's front desk. I had a 15+ minute conversation and even asked the lady to double check the dates because I needed 2 beds for Sat. Night, but cancel Fri. Night's. She assured me that's what she did. Later that night, I checked my email just to be sure. My confirmation said she canceled Sat. Night! I called immediately again, I don't think I was talking to anyone in Dubuque, so I told them what happened & I needed to switch it. They told me there were no rooms available! At this point I was upset(my daughter would be too b/c her whole team was staying there). I asked to talk to a manager. While I was waiting I went online and what do you know, there were rooms available, at a much higher rate of course. I had a room booked for $112 for Saturday night at 4:30 p.m. on Wed. And at 9:30 that same night, I had to pay $170 because of their mix up? Didn't seem right to me, but no one would work with me to help get that right! We did stay there Saturday night & other than the pool not being open, the stay was good. We ate at the restaurant twice and the staff was professional."

"Very nice but I'm basic so I didn't use much offered. I like the gym for basic workouts. I love the inside and how it's decorated. My room it's always nice as well and clean."

"One of the worst note experiences I’ve had in a long time. Parking on the weekend? Zero. Their “parking lot” is built for smart cars and they don’t have enough spots for all their guests. Go in the hotel and the elevators look like they’ve never seen a mop or a cleaning rag. The rooms have furniture that’s been scraped scratched and tore up so they resemble a 1980’s horror film. The fridge in the room is filthy and the rooms have no lace to hang your towels in the bathroom. My advice is to stay away from this location and IHG should come in and start asking questions about what’s going on."
