"A couple of observations that prevented the five-star rating. Of note, the digital key did not work. I was pleased with the mobile app experience up until that time. When I called the help line, it simply referred me to the front desk. Secondly, the walls between rooms seemed especially thin by comparison. Certainly, one expects to hear some level of noise from adjacent rooms. Here, however, I found that I was able to clearly understand the context of each conversation. All in all, not a horrible experience and at least one issue that can be reviewed and addressed."
"Our experience was amazing, they were all so accommodating. We had a mishap in our room and a wine bottle broke. They don’t have bell boys and the person to help clean it was the receptionist at the front desk. She offered to clean it for us which was very much appreciated. We loved the restaurant, their food was amazing and the casino of course is always a good time."
"I want to say Sam Jasper was an awesome front desk person. She was very courteous on the phone and helped us out checking in and when another person said our rooms won't be ready for an hour because they are being cleaned Sam looked for us and said 1 of our rooms were ready. A very nice person. Also the rooms were comfortable and the pool and hottub was relaxing."
"Breakfast was excellent. Special acknowledgment to the waiter and the cook on 9/20 and 9/21. The service was excellent and the omelet was excellent. The cook came out and asked me how the omelet was and filled my coffee. In all my travels, that’s a first. Good work fellas! Give those two a raise!"
"Nice hotel, typical of a Hilton Garden. Suite was a good size, with a couch, desk/seating, two bathrooms in two separate rooms. Bathrooms are okay. Only critique is the shower...really looked old and scuffed up. Tile floors in the bathroom could use a steam clean, the grout really shows it's age. Very pleasant staff. Good parking. Next to the casino."
