"I have lived here for 4 years now. Since the new management company has took over a year ago, things went downhill quickly. There is glass all over the parking lot and along buildings. There is garbage everywhere. There's actually a pair of shoes tied up and hanging from a tree. People drive up to 50mph through the parking lot. I used to take pride in living here and now I'm just embarrassed and I definitely don't let my kids play outside here because of all the glass and speeding. I've brought up these issues multiple times with the management company and nothing has been done. Would NOT recommend!"
"I have lived here almost a year and a half. My apartment was decently clean except a few glass door and window problems. I do agree about the water pressure but Cheryl and the maintenance guys have never been anything but pleasant. I am sure it may be a little run down since it’s heyday but most places are like that. As far as people yes there are people of all races here and I haven’t met a rude or nasty person yet. When a neighbor was stuck in the snow and needed to get to school several of us all different races helped them get their car out. And then we got salt to help them as well as I have witnessed other people salting not just their area but others also. I am sure there is a criminal element as there is everywhere but don’t judge them by their looks"
"This the worst place to live in the world, a lot of marijuana, maintenance staff steal items from the apartments. And you will never take your deposit after moving out... It better to live in tent than this place."
"Poor construction means everything in the buildings is cheap (think - painted woodwork falling off the walls, some single windows that barely close, and no water pressure). Dryers are short timed and heating elements are very weak. Place is quiet, but given the flights of stairs - who was the energy to make any noise."
