"Rude old man"

"If I could put 0 stars I would. I've been going to this place for a year and when I tell you the entire staff is rude it's an understatement! On several occasions the front desk amd nurse staff have been rude with how they speak to people and if you try and take up for yourself they continue to be rude. There is no backing down. The wait time is awful. They literally have rude signs instructing people in need of pain medications to go away that they will not help. That just seems crazy to me. Save yourself trouble this is a clinic I wouldn't recommend to anyone!"

"2 stars only because I love the PA, Matt and one of the nurses there. But the front office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, I've never dealt with such mean and awful women! If this were a singular incident, it would be dismissed, unfortunately its been an issue more than once. When you're a patient seeking treatment prescribed, decisions on your medical care should not be left up to those that answer the phone. They think they're following state mandated rules, but when they compromise a patient's care by looking at a file and not knowing the reason for treatment, and won't let you speak to the doctor, its dangerous and someone is going to get seriously hurt!!! The front office staff does not care about you at all. it should never be their choice whether you can see the doctor or not. Save yourself the trouble and personal health and find a better staffed office!"

"My experiences with Dr. Chambers have all been wonderful. Like any doctor, he has to see lots of patients in order to pay his overhead and employees. That said, waiting times have always been very reasonable. His staff has always been courteous and diligent. They all treat me in a professional manner. When extra tests are ordered or they need an insurance approval, his staff have always used due diligence in getting procedures scheduled, obtaining necessary pre-certs, and communicating with me. The examining room experience with Dr. Chambers has always been pleasant (well, as pleasant as it could be considering the circumstances of a doctor appointment). When the diagnosis is simple, Dr. Chambers is in and out, often in five minutes. How can I complain? I want a doctor to know his stuff, get in, examine me, diagnose me, prescribe a treatment plan, and get me out. Yet, when the symptoms or ailment are more complicated, Dr. Chambers has spent an enormous amount of time in the room with me. I’ve sometimes felt guilty, knowing that other patients are waiting. But then I consider that they too, will get this same level of personal service should their condition ever warrant it, and I’ll exercise patience if I ever have to wait to be seen, as I’ll assume Dr. Chambers is providing that same level of care to his other patients as he provided to me."
