"Without a doubt the absolute worst course I’ve ever played at. The condition of the course is pretty good other than the greens being pretty raggedy, but it’s west Texas in early March so I didn’t expect much anyways. As a duo we payed for a full 18 and we teed off at 2:30pm. The front 9 went pretty smooth but as soon as we hit hole 10 it was pretty backed up. We probably waited at-least 30-40 min total to finish up the back 9. Not a big deal considering how great the weather was, everyone was out golfing. As soon as we finish hole 17, there’s a marshal telling us that they close at 6pm and we can’t play the last hole even though Apple Maps says they close at 9pm and google says 8pm. BTW IT WAS 6:05pm……… 5 minutes past “when they close”. We drove over to him to ask if we could just finish the last hole since it was literally just 2 of us and he drove off avoiding confrontation while waving us off to return. Sounds like they all wanted to go home early to me but hey, if I was 50+ years old working at a golf course on Saturday I would be pretty ready to call it a day too. I guess you get what you pay for, but if I pay for 18 I should be able to play 18 without a little old twerp telling me to come in on the 18th when the sun doesn’t set for another hour. I hope this place gets better management, better standards, and overall just a better environment. The community deserves better than this. Do yourself a favor and don’t golf here unless you book before 2:00pm, because remember they close @ “6:00PM” and if you’re on the 18th hole @ 6:01PM pack it up bud. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Do better."

"We started at 230 pm, played 17 holes and then got to the 18th and they kicked us off because they were closed. We paid full price for 18 holes and no refund for not letting us play the last hole. Google says they close.at 9pm and apple says 8pm, get it corrected, but they are.stioo off two hours. Details matter"

"Went to golf with my family. My wife, my 10yo son, my 7 month old son,my brother and his wife... the guy asked how many were golfing i told him 3 but we were accompanied buy our wives and my baby boy. I know its not common but hey who cares im paying right...I asked if i could rent a car and he told me no at first and then he finally said i could if i rented golf clubs wich he didnt seem too happy with. Idk why, i spent plenty of money there... then he goes out to the first hole and accused me of getting an extra car wich he found out was false. Then made me move the rental bag to a different car to make it "legal" ..really im not a person to pull the racist card ,but man i have never had someone make me feel that way in my entire life. It was obvious the guy had a problem with me bc ive been there with my other friends (white) and never had him treat us that way before. I always spend $200+ every time i go but i will never be back there again especially not with my family"

"Website says close at 8 but the person said they close at 6, the guy was rushing to get me out of the store. Definitely don't come here you'll be turned away quicker than you can walk in, but he made sure to say multiple times that it gets dark at 6:30, unfortunately for him I live nearby and work nearby, and to top it off he said that everyone is coming in, but their still people playing like they have all the time in the world"

"This course has become the only public course in midland due to other closing, so if I want to play, I ender up having to come here. It's been shown time and time again that the employees ultimately do not care about the people who come and want to enjoy a round of golf. They are borderline rude and disassociated from what their job responsibilities are. They care more about whether or not people are done playing before the sun goes down so they can leave early. They have no interest in being a hot spot for golf. Their "pro shop" is just a bunch of golf bags and shoes that haven't been sold in the last year. Their "grill" looks like it's an old city office break room. And the course is mediocre as it gets. It's good for what you can get in the desert but there's an obvious lack of care (due to what I believe is because it's city owned) all in all, if I wanna play golf, I have to come here since I cannot afford a membership anywhere, so they will continue to collect my money. But it is sad something that could be a labor of love and passion for the game is just another budget cut for the city."
