"Mike Amon is the man. Great facility most of all the results are guaranteed. I've worked with alot of ppl and Mike is by far the best. His detailed work, encouragement, high IQ of each position is out of this world. If your not prepared to succeed and put in work don't even waste his time this guy sends ppl to d1 colleges and pro levels. High school Freshmen if you have a goal and u want to succeed put your best foot forward by working with Amon. I'm warning you all now be ready to work and take it seriously in the grind house and outside of it, be accountable be responsible be coachable. Get to the GrindHouse!!!!"
"Great place, my kids love going! I like that the coaches correct the kids and ensure that they do the drills correctly! My kids do speed agility training and when I pick them up they up they are red faced and soaked in sweat! The team at Grind House works them hard for the hour they have them. I love it they love it."
