"The store inside is nice and the people are too. The reason for the one-star reduction is more of their cooperate policy. I had my eye on a mattress. I saw one day it was a flash sale and it was $20 cheaper, so I called the number because I couldn't stop at the store that day. On the website it said it was available at the store and a week earlier I laid on it. But sure, they could have sold it in a week’s times and not updated the website. They said they had it in the warehouse, I thought great. They can ship it to the store that I drive by on the way home from work & I'll pick it up in a few days when it arrives. Nope, they refused to ship my mattress to the store. They said I must drive to the warehouse and pick it up. It doesn't make sense why the Mattress Firm warehouse cannot ship one of their own mattresses to a Mattress Firm store so a customer can pick it up. When I asked, they had no rational why. Mattress Firm you can do better than this."
