Macy's 3340 Mall Loop Drive, Joliet, IL 60431

"For a Macy's store this store is such a disaster. Went shopping for a Valentine's day dress for my niece to wear to a high school dance. What was there in the store was more for prom and traditional mother of the bride style dresses. Whoever buys for this store is horrible. The lighting, the decor is so outdated. Only reason this has a 2 star is they finally brought in MAC cosmetics. This is the closest Macy's to where I live. Why this store has a history of having low volume of merchandise is beyond me. Many that live an hour away go to this Macy's because it is the nearest one. They want people to be loyal but they make it easier to buy online and do returns in the store."

"I want to compliment an employee in the Lancôme Cosmetic counter. Her name is Marissa and shes an amazing clerk for your store and has helped me over the years. She's worked with me over the phone ordering cosmetics and I finally met her today in the store. Very impressed with her!"

"0rices here have gone through the roof. Escalator was broken. Very poor selection of Frangi mints on a table by an entrance. Very few cashiers. Totally disappointed."

"Very clean store. All clothing were put on racks properly. Despite the store being in order, there were a lot of empty shelves. They also don't have a plus size section, which is why I drove to the store in the 1st place."
