"I had stayed once at this location in summer 2022 and it was a decent experience. My recent stay was on 2/24/24 and quality of rooms and hotel has declined since. Management seems to be pinching pennies, by cutting back on room essentials like slippers, bath robe, tooth paste, water bottles etc. I found hair on my pillows and questioned whether sheets, pillow covers were changed between guests. Hair dryer was dirty with oily residue. Iron was malfunctioning, leaking water. While the front desk staff was courteous and attentive, it does not take away the bad taste of my poor experience of this hotel. I did not enjoy my stay at your location. Too few and barely there hotel room essentials, toiletries, and only 3 tissues in the bathroom tissue box. Almost forgot to mention a dried up chocolate pastry/cookie, which looked liked dog poop, between the bed and the side table. I dropped my phone under the table and saw that dreadful thing, thinking the worst. I will not be staying at this location in the future and will be putting my friends and family on guard, to avoid this location at all cost."
"Service was great which is typical of a Marriott product. The location is good, just off I 55 on rte 53. Plenty of restaurants on the area. The building used to be a Holiday Inn but nicely updated to Marriott standards. My only compliant is that the bathrooms are small. All in all a good value."
"The room itself was nice. Very nice. The hotel upkeep is lacking however. It wouldn't be difficult to clean the trash from the bushes and the parking lot proper. The stairwell is old, linoleum is torn, and as the entry point to the rooms presents an old "need to be updated" negative impression. But, the WORST aspect, was having to walk through the overpowering stench of old and active cigarette smoke literally at the front entrance. That is an easy fix."
"Had a good time here. The room could’ve been more cleaner. The carpet and furniture had what looks like permanent stains or they weren’t able to get it out. We stayed in a king with a sofa bed. Not much of a sofa. The bathroom is very small. Other than that, customer service was pleasant."
