"BEWARE!!! RUNNNNN AWAY!!!! This place is a horror show. The office staff is horrible. The only person who is honest and respectful is Melissa. I have lived here since 2014 and the office has done nothing but lie and make empty promises. Nothing has been updated in my unit since I moved in. I literally still have the same carpet from my move in date almost 10 years ago. The dishwasher and fridge are about 20 years old. I am forced to wash my dishes by hand, do to the dishwasher not cleaning the dishes properly. I have been told my unit would be updated for the last 2 years. That was a lie. Don't move here if you have other options. The practices of the staff here are predatory."

"This is an honest review...it's the best review I can. While I am thankful for finding a place for my family; I can say that those in the office should work in sales as they definitely sell the place. They sell people on the security cameras, the promise of remodeling and the new clubhouse (coming in 2024) but the buck stops there as they say. The halls are dirty with teenagers and people lingering in the halls at all times. I feel sorry for the maintenance teams because they do try to keep the halls cleans but it seems like as soon as they clean it, the tenants mess it up just as quickly. The fire alarms are pulled at random which results in the fire department having to come (I'm sure they hate that.) This community is supposed to be drug free yet I wake up to the smell of marijuana outside my window damn near every morning. (Not judging because you do you but if you claim and "pride" yourself on being a drug free environment, you should crack down on that.) I have reported to the office a few times regarding tenants looking through my windows or yelling through my screens but nothing has happened. Again, I will applaud the maintenance team for their swift follow ups; however, having nearly a dozen service requests in less than a year tells me a few things about the upkeep and quality that went into the remodels of several of the units. The laundry rooms are always dirty, flooded or both and despite having all these security cameras...nothing is every resolved. The machines to load your laundry card are either jammed or just don't work at all. The security team doesn't help, in fact I witnessed a security personnel yell and shove a kid out of the door without a second thought. This is not a space for family; however, I understand if you are in need of a place, I understand the sense of urgency (hell, this was me too!) But I ask that you reconsider before you move here. The office staff seems willing to help when you initially arrive; however, after you're moved, you're on your own. Pros: Willingness to work with you regarding your finances. Close to I-83 Cons: Lack of follow up from the office staff, NOT a drug free environment, subpar cleanliness of common areas, security cameras are there but seem to be just fixtures. You just don't fee safe here."
