"This place is horrible and some of the people who work here are extremely disrespectful. I was simply saying goodbye to my boyfriend since his parents had picked him up near the front entrance and a woman who i am assuming works here yelled at the both of us saying we “could not hang out in the lobby”. This has happened numerous times when I am waiting for someone or something to arrive."

"The people here are very nice and very quiet, but the management office is a joke. They fine you for every little thing and make false accusations to get you to move out. I have lived here since 1980 and as of late, there are a lot of problems with this building. The fines are ridiculously high because they need money. I am being falsely accused of damaging someone's car, no evidence, no video, just all speculation. I would not recommend moving here!!!"

"This place needs major upgrading, everything is very old. The elevator is super slow and breaks down quite often. If you want to move in, you will have to pay $300 to use the freight elevator. And same when you move out. That’s $600 out of pocket that you will never see again that you have to pay for JUST using the elevator. Absolutely ridiculous. Management and even tenants are sticklers, they’ll fine you for the silliest things such as taking upstairs to your place “too many things” and they’ll say that you’re moving which you need to use the freight elevator for, aka pay them more money. And the most ridiculous rule of all: you can only move in/move out Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, no weekends. You know...not like people work at a job or anything like that. I would stay away if I knew all this before moving in."

"We are living here for about 6months, overall management great, clean, quite, good neighborhood, but the water system is horrible the gross moldy growth in the humidifier even cleaning it everyday."

"Building is high class. I was very impressed how well kept it is. Lots of amenities. It's very quiet. Great people. Love the location! Walk to dry cleaners, bar, coffee, stores, restaurants.... Minutes away from OakBrook."
