"TERRIBLE!!! mother took our yorkie here for the first time for a grooming. Took him back with a cut by his arm. Wasn’t informed about this at all. Now he has an open wound all due to this place. If I could give a zero star rating, I most definitely would. Avoid this place!!!"

I placed an online order for a pet stroller and went in early to pick it up Kimberly stopped what she was doing to get my order ready early and helped me to put it together . I then went to purchase another item in which Shannon helped get me the lowest price for my item. These two were very kind and willing to help. It’s nice to have customer service like this"

"Yesterday I had my dog for grooming at 1 pm and they told me ok and when I call 2 h after my appointment to see if they finished grooming my dog they told me not even started. So unprofessional. I made appointment 7 days ago and they are telling me they don’t know when they are gonna finish her because they have so many dogs ahead. Not my problem. Thats why we make appointments. Thats why it’s acceptable to be done in 2,3 h not whole day . Not coming back ."
