"Last week I had to take my 92 year old father in because he needed his catheter tube replaced. His insurance had dropped the home health provider that had been coming in once a month to change it for him, and he was overdue in getting it changed. I made a mistake and took him in a week earlier than our appointment was scheduled, but when I explained that he was overdue for his catheter change, they found a way to fit him in that day. "I had an episode with a kidney stone the other night that I felt was going to put me in the hospital emergency room in the middle of the night. I made it through the night and walked in the following morning at opening without an appointment. The staff was excellent and moved me right in to the back where they saw me, prescribed medication, and I was home resting comfortably by 10 am.
